Understanding Medicaid Waivers Webinar

Indiana offers eight Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) programs that target specific groups. HCBS programs allow members to live in a community setting and avoid institutional placement. To be eligible for any HCBS program, you must meet Medicaid guidelines and HCBS program-specific eligibility guidelines.

Heather Dane, Family Engagement Specialist with the Bureau of Development Disabilities Services, Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services, will do a webinar presentation on understanding Medicaid waivers.  This presentation will discuss home and community-based services commonly referred to as the Medicaid Waivers.  We will discuss the application process, eligibility,  services available as well as provide insight and tips on using your waiver. 

This webinar is open to the public and there is no charge to attend. Please register online (see below) by 4:00 p.m. EST on Monday, December 3, 2018. In the event that this webinar is canceled, registered participants will be notified.
