Camp Yes - Improv Camp for Students in Northeast Indiana Special Education Cooperative (NISEC) Schools

We are thrilled to offer two Spring Break sessions of Camp Yes And for schools in the Northeast Indiana Special Education Cooperative!

Camp Yes And is a project of the Center on Education and Lifelong Learning, in partnership with the Indiana Resource Center for Autism, two centers at the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community at Indiana University. Our 5-day camp is designed to support high-functioning teens (ages 13-18) on the autism spectrum, or those with a similar diagnosis, who would benefit from support around building social communication skills.

Camp also is a professional learning opportunity for educators – K-12 general and special educators, speech-language pathologists, school psychologists and social workers, community-based arts educators, etc. We use games and exercises from improv theater as our main teaching tools. Learn more about our approach here.

This registration form is for teens only. All camp sessions are free for teens! Students must register at this link:  http://go.iu.edu/28Kn
