Advocating for My Child & Family Live Stream (PACER Center)

The Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) is the heart of early intervention for parents of infants and toddlers with disabilities. A written plan, called an IFSP, is developed by a team to record the family’s desired outcomes for their child. It lists the early intervention services that will best help reach those outcomes and describes when, where, and how those services will be delivered.

Monday, March 9, 2020 - 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. CST

During this workshop, we will discuss writing child and family outcomes for the IFSP that address concerns and priorities for your child and family.
