Resolving Disagreements Between Parents and Schools: Dispute Resolution

Sometimes parents and schools disagree on decisions in a child's Individualized Education Program (IEP). Issues like qualifications, eligibility areas, goals, services, accommodations, and placement may become contentious. There is a process for working through those disagreements. This presentation will review formal and informal options that may help parents and schools resolve those disagreements.
