EFFECT Spring Conference
Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of the conversation on strengthening family engagement in education!
Family engagement is a key driver of student success, but how do we ensure that schools and communities sustain meaningful partnerships with families over time? This virtual conference will bring together educators, parents, and community members to explore proven strategies for long-term, effective family engagement in schools.
The EFFECT team will present five model sites that have been actively strengthening their family engagement efforts, including participation in professional development through Harvard courses with Dr. Karen Mapp, a leading expert in family-school partnerships. These sites demonstrate how intentional, research-based strategies can create lasting change in family-school relationships.
Keynote Speaker: Carla Hempstead
We are honored to welcome Carla Hempstead, Director of Family and Community Engagement, at the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.
