Indiana Family to Family is Indiana’s Family-to-Family Health Information Center (F2F HIC), providing information, training, and one-on-one support to families of children and youth with diverse health and mental health needs, as well as the professionals who serve them.

Carrie will share how Indiana Family to Family supports families and professionals across the state and highlight the resources available to help families and professionals navigate services and supports.
