School Discipline

This training will focus on the discipline regulations in Article 7. When a student with a disability breaks a school rule, the student may be disciplined the same as a student without a disability. However, there are protections for a student with a disability related to service and placement decisions. Article 7 provides direction to both parents and schools on how to access educational services while maintaining an orderly and safe learning environment.
