Although IN*SOURCE helps families in accessing legal information and conducts training intended to increase participants' understanding of regulations, IN*SOURCE is not a law firm nor a legal services agency. Therefore, we are not authorized to provide any type of service that may be construed as practicing law.
 
We will not represent ourseles as being capable of legal represenation or advocacy. This prohibition includes but is not limited to: (1) giving legal advice, (2) misrepresenting oneself as having legal expertise, (3) appearing on contact lists or websites as available for legal services, (4) drafting legal documents, or (5) representing individuals/families in any type of legal proceeding.

Indiana Disability Rights

As the service arm of the Indiana Protection and Advocacy Services (IPAS) Commission, IDR provides legal support for free.

Joseph Maley Foundation

Engages individuals, families, and schools through programming, and events that support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Services include probono legal support with IEP from volunteer attornies. Assignments may take 1-4 weeks.

Ability Allies

Disability Legal Services of Indiana, now doing business as Ability Allies, is a nonprofit 501(c) organization dedicated to providing gree and low-cost legal services to Indiana's children and adults with disabilities primarily in educational matters.
